There
is a black light mineral display at the end of the tour and in the gift
shop. For sale, are native
minerals, such as Mozarkite, which is the Missouri state rock, geodes
from Northern Missouri, drusy quartz, galena (lead)*, barite (tiff)*,
crystals, slabbed rocks, agates, Missouri fossils, and many other
specimens, too numerous to mention.
Also among the items for sale are jewelry for children and
adults, and novelty gifts for all.
*Barite and galena were the minerals for which
Jacob Craycraft was prospecting when he discovered Jacob's Cave. |
